How do I setup call forwarding?
Just submit a VoIP Ticket that tells us how you want a call, or calls, forwarded.
 
Example 1:
"I would like the number XXX-XXX-XXXX to be dialed whenever this number calls me: YYY-YYY-YYYY."
 
Example 2:
"I would like the number XXX-XXX-XXXX to be dialed after my primary number when YYY-YYY-YYYY calls me."
 
Example 3:
"I would like the number XXX-XXX-XXXX to be dialed along with my primary number whenever YYY-YYY-YYYY calls me."
"I would like numbers XXX-XXX-XXXX and YYY-YYY-YYYY to be dialed whenever ZZZ-ZZZ-ZZZZ calls me."
 
Example 4:
"I would like my voicemail to pick up whenever I get a call from XXX-XXX-XXXX."
 
These are only examples. Just let us know how you'd like your calls to be routed for certain numbers and we'll do everything we can to make it happen.
