Why doesn't my name show up for my Caller ID?
If your name isn't being transmitted along with your number when you make a call, unfortunately there is little we can do to fix the problem on our end. Modern VoIP systems use two lines of code to send Caller ID information while older telephone systems only use one. As a result, sometimes the name gets dropped and is left blank or gets replaced by a default option like "Indiana Caller" or the name of the rate center the call is coming from.

We wish we could make it so your name is always transmitted; we really do. For now, we can only wait and hope that other telecom companies decide to update their hardware and embrace modern technology.
