  • December 10, 2008: www.ViewMyDVR.net now has remote playback for all DVR servers. If you are having trouble with your service, please submit a Camera System Service Ticket.
  • November 12, 2008: Currently, customers with one of our DVR Servers can only access live camera data via our website www.ViewMyDVR.net. We are working to fix this problem and customers should expect to be able to view both live and recorded camera data in the very near future.
  • October 24, 2008: Customers with one of our DVR Servers can now access their cameras online at www.ViewMyDVR.net using their username and password.
  • October 24, 2008: We are now accepting customers outside of Indiana as long as they have an unlocked ATA to use. Unlocked ATA's can be purchased from us if necessary.
  • May 12, 2008: Vitelity seems to be phasing out its support of the IAX protocol. As a result, we were experiencing some difficulties with incoming calls. We have configured our system to utilize SIP for all communications and the problem should be fixed. If anyone is still having problems, please submit a VoIP Trouble Ticket.
  • March 12, 2008: We have had numerous people contact us about telephone service outside the state of Indiana. We are sorry, but currently IDN only offers residential phone service to Indiana residents.
  • November 30, 2007: Some customers have received unsolicited calls. If you receive an unsolicited call, please submit a Spam Ticket so we can block the caller.
  • September 10, 2007: All analog telephone adapters should be registering properly. If anyone is still having problems, please fill out a Voip Trouble Ticket.
  • August 8, 2007: We have been experiencing minor delays in registration with our analog telephone adapters and are currently working to fix the problem.
  • July 19, 2007: Vitelity has fixed the problem and all incoming lines should be functioning normally.
  • July 18, 2007: Our DID provider, Vitelity, is experiencing some difficulties with one of its inbound servers. As a result, all incoming calls are failing at the moment. We have been assured this problem will be fixed shortly.
